We believe that cybersecurity via collaborative and sectorial leadership is a winning strategy. Collaborative approach provides organisations with improved coordination and better sectorial incident handling due to specific sectorial context available. It also enables early warning signalling across the sector and attaining threat intelligence international communities.

Our virtual conference will focus on collaborative cybersecurity approach - why it is important for financial sector organisations and what are the tactics for fostering it.   • Ibrahim Mostafa, Ph.D.

    Organization Egyptian Financial Computing Incident Response Team – Central Bank of Egypt

    Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa has been selected to work as Assistant Sub Governor – Director of Financial Computing Security Incident Response Center (EG-FinCIRT). EG-FinCIRT mission is to assist banks in enforcing cyber-security resilience, as well as responding to the cyber security incidents. EG-FinCIRT main duties include cyber security incidents handling, financial-sector security operation center, malware/artifacts analysis and reverse engineering, vulnerabilities assessment, penetration testing and digital forensics activities.

  • Paulius Daukšas

    Organization NRD Cyber Security

    Mr. Paulius Daukšas is a cybersecurity consultant who focuses on identification and validation of CSIRT/SOC establishment possibilities and cybersecurity capacity building development opportunities.

    Mr. Paulius has more than 5 years of expierence in business development and active sales management with IT products and services.

  • Rimtautas Černiauskas

    Organization NRD Cyber Security

    Mr. Rimtautas Černiauskas has more than 26 years of experience in the field of information technology. Prior to joining NRD Cyber Security, Mr. Černiauskas was the Head of National Cyber Security Center of Lithuania.

    Mr. Černiauskas also served as Director of cybersecurity and telecommunication service under Ministry of National Defense of Lithuania, member of management board of NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence and held other senior management positions at the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

    During his time at NRD Cyber Security, Rimtautas has led the establishment of BGD e-Gov CIRT Forensic Investigation Laboratory which greatly improves national forensic malware and cybercrime investigations. To further enhance cyber threat visibility in Bangladesh, Rimtautas is currently leading the development and set-up of Cyber Security sensors system for government and critical infrastructure of the country.

  • Chris Gibson

    Chris brings a wealth of relevant and up-to-date experience in setting up and managing CERTs at the very highest levels of the worldwide Information and Cyber Security community.

  • Caroline Troein

    Organization International Telecommunications Union (ITU)

    Caroline Troein works at the International Telecommunications Union as a lead researcher, and works on projects related to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital capacity.

  • Hosea Naturinda Makuru

    Organization Standard Bank Group

    Hosea is a visionary Information Security Leader with over fifteen (15) years experience in Technology Risk and Information Security Management for Banks, FinTech's and Telecoms across different markets in Africa and the UK. He is currently working with Standard Bank Group as a Regional Informational Security Officer for the countries Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique.
